Born in the kitchens of Kathmandu, Niyukti Vansa brings the warmth of Nepalese home cooking to the table. From momo folded by hand and slow-simmered dal bhat to Newari platters and Himalayan thukpa, every dish carries recipes passed down through generations.

Sadeko Sukuti
